Redwood Community Health Coalition

RCHC Health Center Controlled Network is comprised of 15 participating health centers representing over 223,000 patients in 7 counties in Northern California. The coalition was founded in 1994 and the RCHC HCCN began in 2007. The RCHC HCCN provides services to assist health centers through new infrastructure, training, technical assistance, best practice sharing and peer networking.
